Have a Crumbs Cupcake! and Nothing else.....

At work we have a Crumbs Birthday tradition. If it's your Birthday, we go out and buy Crumbs cupcakes for everyone. How exciting! right? Not so exciting though when we googled the calories in ONE cupcake! TheDailyPlate.com reports that a Red Velvet Crumbs cupcake has 780 calories! That's 19 points for those of you who follow Weight Watchers (like my boss). This should not come as much of a shock since all fast food chains in NYC by law are supposed to post calories for every dish they serve. Though I know for a fact that they do have calories posted in their STORES, I did not find any nutritional facts on the Crumbs website. Isn't that misleading and illegal for those who order online? I'm just saying.
Anyway...it's my co-workers Birthday today, so I'm off to have a cupcake :)
